Julian Lim

I am a clinical psychologist by training with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mindfulness and sleep. I have conducted basic research and clinical trials on the use of mindfulness techniques to improve sleep. I use cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches to treat insomnia or anxiety that affects sleep, and also provide sleep coaching for those who want more satisfying and restorative sleep.
