About the trainer

Lynette Har

Lynette is a Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a facilitator/trainer to Fortune 500 companies. With over 20 years of global industry experience, she helps working professionals undergoing transitions in their life and experiencing huge changes, towards improved work-life balance, enhanced communication to manage relationships, increased productivity. After partnering with Lynette, clients find happiness and clarity to live out life to their fullest desire. She mentors at-risk youths and as a family (Married and mum to four), volunteers their time to the less privileged. Since 2019, through coaching, she has impacted 1,115 lives in 1,200 hours. Her work has been featured on Successful People in Singapore 2022, This Connect Today, Rise Up, With Courage Ezine, Women of Courage, Asia, Voices of Courage, Asia. Lynette is a certified, Enneagram Coach and NLP Practitioner.
