About this class
Team Psychological Safety as defined by Amy Edmonson is a shared belief by members of a team that the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking. Studies have shown that when team members have a psychologically safe environment, they learn more and perform better. By adapting the Team Psychological Safety framework, companies will build high performing teams and address different challenges towards achieving organizational goals. At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

About the trainer
Rojiniño Enriquez
Roji is a Certified Transformation Coach which specializes in Career Transitions, Productivity, Leadership Coaching with more than 5 years of Coaching Experience, he has coached over 20 leaders and has helped individuals in navigating their career challenges. He is currently an HR and Admin Head of one the leading Insurance Brokers in the Philippines. He oversees all HR facets and is responsible for igniting the culture and talent development in his organization. He has handled the HR function in various industries such in Fintech, Financial Services, Energy, Infrastructure, and Education sectors. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University and has a post-graduate diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD) and has taken units in MS Psychology and Religious Education. He is presently finishing his MBA from Nexford University. He uses these certifications and educational background in helping professionals navigate through transitions, career stagnation and self-leadership concerns by following a three phase approach of Awareness – Clarity – Choice. He advocates for Mindfulness and Spirituality at Work as an anchor for success, life mission and happiness. He is a passionate professional who selflessly shares his insights and discoveries to help other professionals to advance in their career.
