Sakshi has been practising counselling psychology for over 4 years and works with all age groups including children, teenagers, and senior adults on areas like stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, communication, self-esteem concerns, grief, as well as time management. Sakshi uses an integrated approach that focuses on Mind-body work, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness based practices. She's also a Certified NLP Practitioner and has obtained Master of Science (M.Sc.) Counselling Psychology.
