About the trainer

Anita Sadasivan

Anita is a US trained psychologist and counsellor who has worked at hospitals, social enterprises and corporate EAP programs. Having personally struggled with both anxiety and depression, she chose to enter the field to understand how to manage these challenges and help others overcome them as well. Anita is also passionate about understanding how we as humans can live happy and purposeful lives and she enjoys working with her clients to find joy and meaning in their every day lives. Anita utilises primarily Cognitive Behavioual Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy as well as Somatic Techniques.
