Bio
My name is Ian. Some of my most formative years were spent working inside family businesses. With my father. My cousin. My uncle. Different businesses. Different dynamics. The same weight underneath all of them. What I kept seeing, in myself and in the people around me, was the gap between how capable we looked and how lost we actually felt. Performing well. Carrying a lot. And slowly drifting from the version of ourselves we had intended to become. That gap is what I work on now. I work with professionals somewhere in the middle of a life that looks fine from the outside but feels uncertain on the inside. Men navigating real pressure at work. Fathers who want to be genuinely present at home and are not always sure how to get there. And people asking quietly whether the way they are living is actually the way they want to live, or whether all the doing has left them with very little sense of who they actually are. I race BMX with my daughter. We compete locally and travel to other countries to race together. It is a constant reminder that time with the people who matter most is something you protect, not postpone. ICF, Erickson International, and Gallup certified. Engineering background and MBA. Twenty years across corporate and family businesses before coaching, so I understand the weight of what you are carrying from the inside. If any of that sounds familiar, I am glad you are here. Booking a first session is just a conversation. That is all it needs to be.
