Bio

During my PhD, I deepened my understanding of the barriers that prevent people from having more good days than bad. I learned there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching or therapy. This is why I blend cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and compassion-focused therapy to provide a customized approach to meet your specific needs. I believe the purpose of coaching is to help you identify the changes that will allow you to excel at work and thrive in everyday life. The goal of therapy is to help you learn the skills necessary to overcome any issues you may face, such as anxiety or depression. I will listen and do my best to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and validated while guiding you in the work that needs to be done to overcome any obstacles or issues you may face in your personal and professional arenas.
