As a Psychologist with over ten years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating perfectionism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I draw on evidence-based strategies to help people manage difficulties and reconnect with their strengths, values, and inner wisdom. I’ve worked across a wide range of settings including corporate environments, educational institutions, clinics, and hospitals, and have found that no matter the context, human beings are remarkably resilient. Often, the answers lie within; therapy offers a reflective space to uncover them. Having grown up in Japan and now living in Australia, I bring an integrative approach that blends both Eastern and Western psychological practices. My experiences living in different cities and cultures have deepened my appreciation for how identity, belonging, and cultural background shape our sense of self. My intention is to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, understand your needs more fully, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.
