About Me: I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about creating a safe, non-judgmental space to better understand yourself, make sense of what you’ve experienced, and move toward greater clarity and healing. For over a decade, I’ve supported clients navigating high-stakes professional stress, anxiety, complex life transitions, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. Having lived and worked abroad and across cultures, I bring a nuanced understanding of identity, expectations, and belonging. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experiences and pace. I offer practical, grounded support to help you cut through the noise, reconnect with yourself, and find your footing in a changing world. Why The Space Between: There is often a space between where we are and where we want to be. Between who we are and who we feel we’re expected to be. Between what we’re experiencing and what we have the words to express. The Space Between is a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. It’s where curiosity, connection, and possibility can emerge, creating room for greater clarity, healing, and meaningful change. My Grounded Approach: Therapy is both a space to be heard and a place to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I offer practical tools alongside meaningful emotional support, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward change at a pace that feels right for you. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. Building a safe, trusting connection is the foundation for meaningful change. I strive to create a grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface, without feeling pressured to have all the answers. Practical & Trauma-Informed: I support clients experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions, combining practical strategies with a compassionate understanding of how past and present experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and respond. Holding Space: I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore difficult emotions without judgment. Psychoeducation: Understanding what’s happening can be empowering. I offer accessible psychoeducation to help clients and, where appropriate, parents better understand symptoms, patterns, and triggers so they can respond with greater awareness and confidence. The Power of Expression: Healing doesn’t always happen through words alone. As an art therapist, I integrate creative and non-verbal approaches when helpful, offering another way to process complex emotions, access insight, and express what may be difficult to put into words. A Commitment to Clarity: Whether you’re navigating grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, or a significant life transition, my goal is to help you cut through the noise, understand what matters, and find your footing. When supporting children and adolescents, I collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary teams when appropriate to provide thoughtful, connected care.
