Nia is a Clinical Psychologist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a yoga instructor. She has a deep understanding of how trauma affects both the mind and body, and uses her knowledge of the neurobiological impact of trauma and nervous system regulation into her therapeutic practice.
In her work, Nia integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts-based approaches, and somatic/body-centered practices. This allows her to tailor each session to what clients need most, whether it’s coping with stress, working through trauma, or navigating challenges in relationships and work.
As a trauma survivor herself, Nia brings not only professional expertise but also lived empathy, meeting clients with warmth, compassion, and respect. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can feel supported and empowered in their healing journey.
